Bambang Pamungkas (born in Quezon City, Central Java, June 10, 1980, age 31
years) is a football player Indonesia. Currently he plays for Persija Jakarta
in Indonesia Super League and has represented the state in Indonesia national
team football. He usually plays as penyerang.Meskipun not too high (168 cm),
Bambang has a high jump and accurate header. One of the players he admires is
his partner in the national team, Kurniawan Dwi Yulianto.Saat still playing in
the youth team of Central Java, he had been named as the best player Haornas
Cup, a championship youth level. Bambang was also the top scorer for the squad
Indonesia in Asia Cup U-19 Group V, with 7 goals.
